Name what matters
Start with one goal and make it specific: what it looks like, how you will know it is done, and when. A clear direction is easier to return to on a hard day.
How it works
Seedgoals is a place to name what you want, work through what gets in the way, and keep a small practice going with mentors beside you. Here is the shape of it.

Start with one goal and make it specific: what it looks like, how you will know it is done, and when. A clear direction is easier to return to on a hard day.
Look at the beliefs and memories that show up when you think about moving. Name them, rate how heavy they feel, and start loosening their grip.
Pick the voices you want in your corner, or create your own. Talk with them by text or voice, one to one or together around the Fireplace.
Turn the goal into a step you can actually take this week — a plan, a prompt, a small action. Something you can keep even when the week goes sideways.
Check in as you go. Your journal, history, and mentor reflections surface the progress that is easy to miss, so you can keep going for the right reasons.
A look inside
Bring several mentors into one conversation and hear where they agree and where they push back.
Talk one to one by text or voice. Mentors remember your goals and what you are working through.
Break a goal into ordered steps you can complete, reorder, and come back to.
Capture an update by typing or speaking, or open a blank page with a timer when you need to think out loud.
A gentle nudge to rate how it is going, note what is in the way, and choose the next small action.
Every session, reframe, and finished step is kept in your history and collection, ready to look back on.
