Seedgoals is a private place to work on what matters to you. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, contact us at [email protected].

Information we collect

• Account details. Your name and email address, a hashed password if you register with one, and basic profile information from Google if you sign in with Google.
• What you create. Your goals, plans, beliefs, memories and the ratings you give them, journal and free-writing entries, standups, and your conversations with mentors (including voice recordings and transcripts).
• Plan and billing status. Which plan you are on and its status. [If you add a payment provider, name it in this policy.]
• Technical data. Session cookies, push-notification subscriptions, and standard logs such as IP address, browser, and device type.
• Product usage. Microsoft Clarity collects usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, and recordings of how you move through the website and app. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and secure the service: to run your account, generate mentor replies and voice, remember your goals and reflections, send notifications you asked for, provide support, and keep the service safe. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you write to train third-party AI models.

AI processing

Mentors are powered by artificial intelligence. When you use them, the text you send is processed by an AI model provider to produce a reply, and text may be sent to a voice provider when you play a mentor's spoken reply. Please do not rely on a mentor for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run Seedgoals — such as hosting, sign-in, email delivery, analytics, and AI and voice processing — only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your account and the content tied to it, except where we must keep records to meet legal or security obligations.

Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in details private.

Children

Seedgoals is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can make these requests from inside the app or by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are the performance of our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interests in running and securing the service.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the new date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
